The space
This condo offers all the comforts of home. It is located on the 1st floor with a balcony overlooking the tennis courts and is very close to the elevator. It's 950 sq ft with Two Bedrooms, Two Full Baths, and a Washer/Dryer in the condo. It has a fully equiped Kitchen and Dining area (Note: Condo is set up with a starter pack which includes; 1 small bottle of dish washing liquid, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent packs, a kitchen towel, 2 small soap bars in each bathroom, and 4 toilet paper roles. We encourage you to bring extra if you are staying more than 2 nights. This is a non Smoking Unit. No RVs or motorhomes (class A,B, C) are allowed.

All beach chairs and wagon are complimentary items and free to use. They should remain in the storage unit. These items are not allowed in the condo.

Please keep condo door closed during hot days. Leaving it open can cause the AC unit to freeze up.

Guest access
You will have access to 2 outdoor pools, 1 heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, deli, beach cabana, and the boardwalk leading to our beautiful beach (free shuttle - ask about schedule). It’s a 14 minute walk to the beach through the parking lot and over the boardwalk.
